Do you have minimums?
Yes. BBQ catering has a $500 minimum. The on-site food truck and live-fire tailgating minimum is $750 — if event sales fall short of the minimum, the difference is billed to the event organizer. Pit Club members get a $500 truck minimum. The Party Pack is $600, or 5 for $500.00 for registered members with their member code. The Mini Party Pack is $325.
What is your cancellation policy?
Booking terms: your date is locked as soon as your payment clears. Party Packs and the Mini Party Pack are paid in full when you book. BBQ catering, the food truck and tailgating take a 50% deposit with the balance due on your event day. Unpaid invoices hold your date for 7 days, then release it. Need to change something? How much does it cost to book a food truck in Boise?

Yes. Mister. BBQ brings the pits out and cooks live on site for tailgates, with a $750 minimum — $500 for Pit Club members, who also get priority on game-day specials.

Yes. Mister. BBQ smokes whole turkeys for your event at market rate. Ask for a quote when you book at bbqboise.com.
Can you do smoked prime rib?
Yes. Smoked prime rib is available at market rate — order at least 72 hours ahead so we can source and smoke it right.
Is there a maximum number of people you can serve?
No. We've easily served thousands at one time. Mister. BBQ is built to take care of massive groups and smaller gatherings alike.
Is your BBQ gluten free?
Everything we make is gluten free except the buns.
How does the brisket work in a Party Pack?
Every Party Pack comes with 2 full 10 lb protein trays and 3 side pans — that's the 5 for $500.00 members-only offer ($600 without membership). Up to 5 lbs of brisket is included at no charge — we fill the rest of that tray with 5 lbs of another meat, and your second protein fills the second tray. Want 5 more lbs of brisket (a full 10 lb brisket tray)? That's just +$160. Brisket tops out at 10 lbs per Party Pack — for more, add a second Party Pack. Choosing other meats, like chicken and pulled pork, is never an extra charge.
